Journey and contact information

Taxi Mauritius by Andeor uses the route, dates, passenger details and contact information you submit to prepare a transfer quote or booking and help with that request. Relevant journey information may be shared with the transport partner arranging the service. Please describe practical accessibility or seating requirements without sending medical documents.

Address search and checkout

When you type or choose a location, address-search text may be sent to Google Places to return suggestions. The street map uses OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap. Where enabled, Google Maps provides selected-location and driving-route previews. You can also enter an address yourself. Eligible bookings continue to Andeor’s checkout, where the applicable payment and privacy information is provided. This site does not ask you to enter card details into the journey form.

Remembering your journey

The booking page temporarily stores non-contact route choices in this browser’s session storage so you can revisit the form in the same tab. It excludes your name, email, phone and free-text notes. Closing the tab clears this browser session. Successful quote submission clears the saved route.

Your measurement choice

If you allow audience measurement, we record public page views, successful price checks and checkout starts. A session identifier connects those steps to the booking and recorded payment in Andeor. We keep the public landing page, referring website and campaign labels. We do not send passenger contact details, journey addresses or private ride links in these browsing events. You can change your choice using Privacy settings. Declining measurement does not prevent a booking, and operational booking records still identify Taxi Mauritius as their source.

Service contact and marketing

Submitting a request allows the team to contact you about that journey. It does not subscribe you to marketing. A booking can record the page or campaign that led to it so Andeor can understand where enquiries originate. That information does not change another partner’s ownership or commission agreement.

Questions and access requests

Contact info@taximauritius.org to ask about information associated with your request, or to request a correction or deletion. Include the booking or quote reference where possible. Some transaction records may need to be retained under the applicable obligations; the team can explain the position for your record.
